Script for performance
Before I perform the song, I would like to ask that have anyone here had confronted losing family members. I guess that your emotions should be sorrowful at that time. And in that stiff time, if someone assists you, do you think that he or she is like an extravagant diamond?
Back in 2020, when my mum, I together with many other people had a chance to visit the Central when the hurricane had just been over for 2 months, I met Minh. Minh back then was just 14 years old. He used to have a happy family with 5 members, his parents, him and his two younger siblings, one is at the age of 5 and one is only three years old. Then the flood swept away his parents when they were gardening. Moreover, his grandparents passed away because of old age. This has influenced his life a lot. He had to stop going to school to keep an eye on his siblings. Every day, he went out to pick up used newspapers and bottles to earn money to buy food for his siblings.
He told me that he has had to burden all the work of his parents, just for his little brother and sister. He notifies that when it’s too difficult, he wants to come back to school to have a better future, but that’s hard to come true. The meals which have rice, noodles, food and clothes are all thanks to the government and aid groups who have generous hearts. He is only a few years older than me, but he has comprehended that he needs to think about the future.
He imparted that in a while if food and money run out, all of them will need to go to an orphanage. When growing up, each of them will be in distinct ways and situations, not as lucky as other children, despite that he still always wishes for good things and everything positive would come to them. Speaking of this, we all burst into tears. When I returned home, I thought about them a lot. I understand that it’s hard for him to get over his situation. And I felt a pain in my heart and I was very delightful to meet him and share with him about all this thing.
There are many other problematic conditions everywhere. But also, millions of people with kind and golden hearts have been accommodating people with their words and practical actions. I think everyone agrees with me that life has many turns. But our responsibility is to go with the light. Let the light of love and kindness shine everywhere. Because each of us has kindness and we are ready to give away without receiving in return.

Trước khi biểu diễn bài hát, cho con hỏi mọi người ai ở đây đã phải trải qua sự mất mát của người thân chưa ạ? Con nghĩ là cảm giác lúc đó sẽ rất đau buồn đúng không ạ. Và lúc khó khăn nhất mọi người nhận được sự giúp đỡ có thấy người giúp như viên 1 viên ngọc quý không ạ.
Năm 2020, khi con cùng mẹ và rất nhiều người có dịp ghé thăm miền trung khi trận cuồng phong của thiên nhiên qua đi được 2 tháng, con biết đến anh Minh. Anh ấy lúc đó 14 tuổi. Anh đã từng có 1 gia đình rất đầm ấm với 5 thành viên là cha mẹ, anh và 2 em nhỏ, một em 5 tuổi và một em 3 tuổi. Bố mẹ Minh đã bị lũ cuốn trôi khi đang trên đường về nhà, ông bà nội ngoại đã mất vì tuổi cao.
Điều này đã ảnh hưởng rất nhiều đến cuộc sống của anh. Anh phải nghỉ học để ở nhà trông em. Hằng ngày, anh phải đi nhặt báo và những chai lọ đã qua sử dụng để kiếm tiền mua đồ ăn cho em.
Anh nói với tôi rằng anh phải gánh vác công việc mà cha mẹ anh để lại, tất cả là vì những đứa em. Anh kể có lúc khó khăn anh rất muốn đến trường để sau này đỡ khổ, nhưng chắc là không được.
Những bữa ăn có gạo có mỳ tôm có thức ăn và có quần áo mặc là nhờ nhà nước và các đoàn cứu trợ những người có tấm lòng rộng lượng giúp đỡ.
Anh hơn tôi có mấy tuổi nhưng anh đã biết tính chuyện tương lai. Anh nói 1 thời gian nữa nếu hết tiền lương thực cứu trợ 3 anh em sẽ vào trại trẻ mồ côi. Lớn lên chắc mỗi người mỗi ngả không được may mắn như những bạn khác,dù vậy anh sẽ luôn nguyện cầu cho các em của anh những điều tốt đẹp và có được cuộc sống hạnh phúc.
Nói đến đây, tôi và anh đều nghẹn ngào nước mắt.
Khi về nhà, tôi nghĩ về họ rất nhiều. Tôi hiểu rằng rất khó để vượt qua khoảng thời gian này. Tôi thật sự xót xa ở trong tim và rất hạnh phúc khi được chia sẻ với Minh.
Ở khắp mọi nơi vẫn còn rất nhiều những hoàn cảnh khó khăn khác nữa. Tôi biết hàng ngày hàng giờ có hàng triệu người có trái tim nhân hậu có tấm lòng vàng đã và đang giúp đỡ mọi người bằng những lời nói và những hành động thiết thực.
Mọi người có đồng ý với tôi rằng cuộc sống thì có nhiều ngã rẽ. Nhưng trách nhiệm của chúng ta là đi cùng với ánh sáng. Hãy để ánh sáng của tình yêu và lòng nhân ái soi chiếu sáng khắp mọi nơi. Bởi mỗi chúng ta đều có sự tử tế và sẵn sàng cho đi mà không cần nhận lại.
